You will enjoy survival and several failed escapes by Papillon and Louis Dega in this movie. The screenplay of the movie is amazing. The location of the scenes is jaw-dropping. This movie was released in 1963 which was based on the famous nonfiction book of Paul Brickhill which was based on a true story. The plot is, the German Armed moves the escaped Allied POWs to a new high-security prison of war camp. And from day one when they came to that prison, they started to try escape but could not be able to do so. Then the prisoner war committee makes a plan to build a runner and break out 250 men. How they build three tunnels in the prison, how they make a map of the prison and outside vicinity, and how they work together to break out from the prison is very planned and very amazing. When you are really a fan of prison escape movies then this movie is for you, where you would see various different ways tried by the prisoners to escape.

This is the most highly rated movie on IMDB. This is considered as the best movie ever made to date. The movie released in 1994 starred by Morgan Freeman and Tim Robbins based on the 1982 Stephen King novella Rita Hayworth and Shawshank Redemption. It is the story of a banker Andy (Tim Robbins) who was sentenced for life imprisonment for murdering his wife, he was to Shawshank State Penitentiary. He became a friend of Ellis (Morgan Freeman) in the prison and became instrumental in a money-laundering operation led by the prison warden Samuel Norton. Andy helps the prison to make it a better place for the prisoners, as he was in good books of the warden, he provided books, library, learning classes, sewing classes to the prisoners. The story and twist, in the end, will blow your mind that how Andy solely managed to plan the escape from prison and managed to dig a tunnel with such a small hammer. The whole movie is amazing from the beginning to the end. The movie does justice to it’s IMDB ratings and truly is a masterpiece.
